Very fruitful week for all of you friends of Actifit, the community that encourages us to take care of our health through physical exercises.
I am very grateful to all of you because I have really improved a lot physically and mentally.
I continue to meet my goals, I'm walking between 5 and 10 k, I'm just sharing with you some pictures that I took while walking along the seashore at sunset and it was so beautiful that walking took me by surprise at night.
