Monday ☀️ 10036
A sudden shimmer of morning energy carried me through a damp but not cold start as I slipped into the fast three bridge loop in interval walking. I had not felt up for much more and I let that honesty steady me. I drifted into breathing and meditation by the River Spree that moved like an unhurried ribbon and helped my mind settle. Later I joined a product presentation of a new image processor at a friendly company. It unfolded like a small class reunion filled with familiar faces and quiet laughter. It had not been a day for fresh motives yet I still brought you two photos from yesterday’s family visit in the countryside, scenes that felt like soft keepsakes from a slower world.
Ein plötzlicher Schimmer von Morgenenergie trug mich durch einen feuchten aber nicht kalten Start, während ich eine schnelle drei brücken runde im Intervall Walking gegangen war. Ich hatte mich heute Morgen nicht nach mehr gefühlt und diese Ehrlichkeit hatte mich gehalten. An der Spree hatte ich Atem und Meditationsübungen gemacht, während der Fluss wie ein entspanntes Band dahinglitt. Später hatte ich eine Produktvorstellung eines neuen Image Processors bei einer befreundeten Firma besucht, ein Stelldichein vieler bekannter Kollegen, fast wie ein kleines Klassentreffen. Es war kein Tag für neue Motive gewesen, aber ich hab euch zwei Fotos vom gestrigen Familienbesuch auf dem Dorf mitgebracht, Erinnerungen aus einer ruhigeren Welt.
