Sunday ☀️ 12659

A cold wet morning rolled in like a slow gray tide, and I felt its mood settle on my shoulders as I set out for just a quick three bridges round in interval walking. I was not in the mood for breathing or meditation routines because the drizzle clung to my face like stubborn fog. I carried along a black and white shot of the heating power plant by the Spree around the corner of my house with rain and reflections. It reminded me again that every morning carried its own story and I could not predict its tone. The day pulled me out of the city later for a family visit, of which I brought you a photo of the lake my mom lives at.

Ein kalter nasser Morgen kroch wie eine graue Flut durch die Straßen und ich spürte seine Schwere auf meinen Schultern, als ich nur eben die schnelle Drei-Brücken-Runde im Intervall Walking ging. Für Atem und Meditationsübungen war das Wetter nichts. Ich hab euch ein schwarz weiß Bild vom Heizkraftwerk an der Spree um die Ecke mit Regen und Reflektionen mitgebracht. Es zeigte mir wiedermal dass jeder Morgen seine eigene Geschichte trug und ich seine Stimmung nicht bestimmen konnte. Der Tag zog mich später aus der Stadt zu einem Familienbesuch von dem ich euch ein Foto von dem See an dem meine Mutter lebt mitgebracht habe.
