A cold gray morning carried the kind of quiet that made every step feel like a soft drumbeat in wet sand, and I loved how that calm challenged me instead of comforting me. I moved through the dark on the long locks land route, drifting through the palace gardens like a traveler in an old tale. I kept a steady rhythm with interval walking, and I let my breath sink into simple meditation beside the hidden creek that whispered beneath branches. It was not a day for pretty pictures, the sky too dull and the light too thin, so I reached back to another moment and brought you a small forest treasure instead. I remembered finding a natural mushroom artwork standing alone like a tiny handmade sculpture the other day and edited it for you.

Ein grauer kalter Morgen trug eine stille Spannung in sich, die jede Bewegung schwer und dennoch seltsam stimmig wirken ließ. Ich war früh unterwegs auf der grossen Schleusenlandroute und streifte durch den Schlosspark wie eine Figur aus einer stillen Geschichte. Mein Intervall Walking fühlte sich an wie ein vertrauter Takt, und meine Atem und Meditationsübungen am versteckten Bach gaben dem Tag einen ruhigen Start. Es war kein Morgen für schöne Bilder, das Licht war zu matt und die Luft zu feucht, und deshalb dachte ich an ein anderes Erlebnis und brachte euch ein kleines natürliches Pilz Kunstwerk mit, das neulich wie eine kleine Skulptur im Wald stand.
