A fresh cold November morning slipped in like a quiet spark, and I felt that familiar pull toward a nice bike ride to Volkspark Jungfernheide. I breathed the great air that always greeted me like an old friend and I loved how the park never pretended to be anything other than simple and stunning. I moved through breath and meditation exercises by the water on the little island and drifted into interval walking that steadied my thoughts. I carried with me the spectacular sunrise seen from two completely different spots for you to enjoy and I felt as if I held two stories in one set of hands.

Ein frischer kalter Novembermorgen war hereingeschwebt wie ein leiser Funke und ich fühlte diesen vertrauten Zug zu der schönen Radtour in den Volkspark Jungfernheide. Ich atmete die grossartige Luft ein, die mich immer wie ein alter Freund begrüsst hatte, und ich liebte es, wie der Park schlicht und erstaunlich zugleich gewesen war. Am Wasser auf der kleinen Insel machte ich Atem und Meditationsübungen und glitt danach in Intervall Walking über. Den spektakulären Sonnenaufgang von zwei völlig unterschiedlichen Standpunkten habe ich euch mitgebracht und er fühlte sich an wie zwei Geschichten in einer Hand.
