A cold November morning greeted me like a quiet curtain falling over the Tiergarten as I walked my familiar route again. I felt the still air press against my cheeks while I practiced slow breathing and gentle meditation by the Neuen See, trying to steady my thoughts. The gray light refused to reveal a single striking scene this morning. It was as if the world wrapped itself in a muted blanket and politely declined to offer inspiration. So I reached into my memory instead and carried back a cluster of vivid roses from another day, their colors bright enough to break the monotony and their softness reminding me that small beauty never really disappeared.
Ein kalter Novembermorgen begrüßte mich wie ein stiller Vorhang, der sich über den Tiergarten legte, als ich mal wieder meine gewohnte Route ging. Ich spürte die stille Luft auf meinen Wangen, während ich am Neuen See langsames Atmen und sanfte Meditation praktizierte und versuchte, meine Gedanken zu beruhigen. Das graue Licht weigerte sich, an diesem Morgen auch nur eine einzige auffällige Szene zu enthüllen. Es war, als hätte sich die Welt in eine gedämpfte Decke gehüllt und würde höflich jede Inspiration verweigern. Also griff ich stattdessen in meine Erinnerung und holte ein paar lebhafte Rosen von einem anderen Tag hervor, deren Farben hell genug waren, um die Monotonie zu durchbrechen, und deren Zartheit mich daran erinnerte, dass kleine Schönheiten nie wirklich verschwinden.
