An icy November morning at minus four degrees Celsius wrapped the world in a quiet chill, and I moved through it like someone chasing a small secret. I took a very early and very fast three bridge walk, mixing steady strides with quick bursts of interval walking that warmed my legs but not the cold air around me. By the water, I breathed slowly and let simple meditation exercises steady my thoughts, the way a calm hand steadied a shaking glass. It all felt grounding, almost like I pressed a reset button that I did not know I needed. And since it was still too dark for photos this morning, I brought you a picture from a few days ago of the royal swan family gliding through the palace gardens, their white feathers bright like moving lanterns on the lake.

Ein eisiger Novembermorgen bei minus vier Grad Celsius legte einen stillen Schleier über die Stadt und ich bewegte mich darin, als würde ich einem kleinen Geheimnis folgen. Ich machte einen sehr frühen und sehr schnellen Drei Brücken Spaziergang, bei dem ich ruhiges Gehen mit kurzen schnellen Intervallen mischte. Am Wasser atmete ich tief und ließ einfache Meditation meine Gedanken ordnen, so wie eine ruhige Hand ein schwankendes Glas beruhigte. Es fühlte sich erdend an, fast so, als hätte ich einen Reset-Knopf gedrückt, von dem ich nicht wusste, dass ich ihn brauchte. Und weil es heute Morgen noch zu dunkel für Fotos gewesen war, hab ich euch ein Bild der königlichen Schwanenfamilie aus dem Schlosspark mitgebracht, das ich vor ein paar Tagen aufgenommen hatte.
