My arms need strengthening. I have a problem. My shoulder joint hurts from time to time. I did push-ups from the floor. But the pain flared up again. You have given me hope. Your system seems accessible to me. Many approaches in different positions, push-ups on my knees. I will do this and hope: my muscles will strengthen!

Start with fewer numbers (10!) and from your knees and you will slowly build strength and joint stability if you are patient with yourself. Even standing and leaning on a wall at a friendly angle and doing easy pushups.

I completely agree with you. Once upon a time, I read the advice of a very famous trainer: many people think: you need to go to the gym and work out for several hours. But this is a wrong idea. 10 minutes a day work wonders.
