Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on, it being some days that I have not engage in my fitness health walk, hope my post meets you well.
I had been home all day till this evening. This evening, I overlook and careless of the dusty road that has just been graded, hence it becomes so dusty to walk on. I then take a walk out to the access road, and gets to the junction.
I stop by the pharmacy to pick some drugs for my wife. And then I walk back to the house.
I the course of the walk I have recorded over over 7500 steps and still counting to keep fit and healthy.
