Saludos amigos de actifit,lHoy fue un día dedicado a fortalecer nuestra espalda, esa parte del cuerpo que a menudo olvidamos pero que es crucial para nuestra postura y bienestar general. Comenzamos la jornada con una breve sesión de estiramientos para preparar nuestros músculos y evitar lesiones.
Calentamiento:
Iniciamos con unos estiramientos suaves, enfocándonos en la flexibilidad de la columna y los hombros. Movimientos como el gato-vaca y los giros de torso nos ayudaron a despertar cada fibra muscular.
Entrenamiento:
Pasamos a los ejercicios de fuerza. Realizamos una combinación de remo con barra, jalones al pecho y pull over. Cada repetición nos recordaba la importancia de mantener una buena técnica para maximizar los beneficios y proteger nuestra espalda.
Superserie Final:
Para terminar, hicimos una superserie que realmente desafió nuestros músculos. Combinamos dominadas con remo con mancuernas, asegurándonos de mantener una postura correcta y respirar adecuadamente.
Enfriamiento:
Finalmente, dedicamos unos minutos a estirar y relajar los músculos trabajados. Aplicamos una bolsa de gel frío/calor en la zona lumbar para aliviar cualquier tensión residual.
Greetings friends of the community actifit,Today was a day dedicated to strengthening our back, that part of the body that we often forget but is crucial to our posture and general well-being. We start the day with a brief stretching session to prepare our muscles and avoid injuries.
Heating:
We start with some gentle stretches, focusing on the flexibility of the spine and shoulders. Movements like the cat-cow and torso twists helped us awaken every muscle fiber.
Training:
We move on to strength exercises. We perform a combination of barbell rows, chest pulls and pull overs. Each repetition reminded us of the importance of maintaining good technique to maximize the benefits and protect our backs.
Final Superseries:
To finish, we did a superset that really challenged our muscles. We combine pull-ups with dumbbell rows, making sure to maintain correct posture and breathe properly.
Cooling:
Finally, we spend a few minutes stretching and relaxing the muscles worked. We apply a hot/cold gel pack to the lower back to relieve any residual tension.
