I hope that all of you are in good health so that you can carry out all your activities without any problems.

Yesterday, Thursday Evening , now I will share my experience all about activity
As usual I wake up from sleep and then proceed with light stretching to relax my body because stretching right after waking up is to minimize injury.
Yesterday, mostly I ate meat, I rarely ate carbohydrates, whether chicken or fish ivory. Followed by going to work in the afternoon, returning to cycling leisurely while Burn fat in the body that seems to have accumulated heheh. As usual I covered a distance of about 7 kilometers in about 25 minutes. Then when I got home, I continued with rest, around 10 pm I went to sleep.

I have a little advice for you, Take good care of your health. If you are a little sick, just take a break, don't force yourself to continue your work or sports. Because a little injury will reduce your work productivity and it hurts a lot if you get injured it takes time and money to get back to health, health is expensive so take care of your health.

Ayer jueves por la noche, ahora compartiré mi experiencia sobre la actividad.
Como de costumbre, me despierto del sueño y luego procedo con un ligero estiramiento para relajar mi cuerpo porque estirar justo después de despertarme es para minimizar las lesiones.
Ayer comí principalmente carne, rara vez comí carbohidratos, ya sea pollo o pescado marfil. Seguido de ir a trabajar por la tarde, volver a montar en bicicleta tranquilamente mientras quemas grasa en el cuerpo que parece haberse acumulado jeje. Como de costumbre, recorrí una distancia de unos 7 kilómetros en unos 25 minutos. Luego al llegar a casa seguí con el descanso, como a las 10 de la noche me fui a dormir.

Tengo un pequeño consejo para ti: cuida bien tu salud. Si estás un poco enfermo, tómate un descanso, no te fuerces a continuar con tu trabajo o deporte. Debido a que una pequeña lesión reducirá su productividad laboral y duele mucho, si se lesiona, se necesita tiempo y dinero para recuperar la salud, la salud es cara, así que cuide su salud.

Poi andrò a lavorare nel pomeriggio, tornerò a pedalare tranquillamente mentre brucerò il grasso nel corpo che sembra essersi accumulato eheh. Come al solito ho percorso una distanza di circa 7 chilometri in circa 25 minuti. Poi arrivato a casa ho continuato con il riposo, verso le 22 sono andato a dormire.

Ho un piccolo consiglio per te: prenditi cura della tua salute. Se sei un po' malato, prenditi semplicemente una pausa, non forzarti a continuare il tuo lavoro o lo sport. Poiché un piccolo infortunio ridurrà la produttività del tuo lavoro e fa molto male se ti infortuni, ci vogliono tempo e denaro per tornare in salute, la salute è costosa, quindi prenditi cura della tua salute.

작은 충고 하나 드립니다. 건강 잘 관리하세요. 조금 아프면 휴식을 취하고 일이나 운동을 계속하도록 강요하지 마십시오. 조금만 다치면 업무 생산성이 떨어지게 되고, 다치면 많이 아프기 때문에 건강을 되찾는 데는 시간과 돈이 걸리기 때문에 건강은 비싸기 때문에 건강 잘 관리하세요.
