My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2024

A 10 kilometre plus walk at lunchtime really helped push up the activity count after my morning run. It was really busy out as it is peak summer holiday season in Sydney.

We have not visited for a while, and it is very interesting to see all the development and changes.

The cruise ships are enormous now compared to the time when I was on one back in the late 1980s.
