Number 1 Rear Delt Burner

This is an interesting looking exercise, and it's quite unusual too, which makes it so much fun to do. It is called the Rear Delt Cable Fly, and it is for the rear portion of your shoulders (deltoids), very important muscles for a full shoulder look.

This is the best exercise for this muscle, if you ask me, nothing makes me feel the burn like this exercise. Secondly the stretch is just insane. A must-do if you have access to a machine like this.
