This is a playbook I partially stole straight from the GOAT Arnold Schwarzenegger. And I do as many sets as he does too.
The plan is 5 different chest exercises, 5 sets each. I don't do the cable flies because this gym doesn't have that machine, that's why it is only partially Arnold's playbook. I replaced the flies and dips with closed hand incline and decline.
