My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2021

In Sardegna per fortuna ci sono ancora delle bellissime e calde giornate, oggi la temperatura era di circa 28°

così io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di fare una bella passeggiata.

Abbiamo iniziato la giornata con una colazione leggera: cappuccio e brioche 🤣🤣

Dopo, per smaltire le calorie, abbiamo iniziato la passeggiata, non prima di aver salutato gli amichetti

In questa pineta vivono alcuni gattini che vengono coccolati e accuditi giornalmente dai volontari 😍

Sono carinissimi 😍

Una delle cose belle di questo posto è che durante il tragitto puoi goderti una bellissima vista!

Mi sembra un buon modo per unire l'utile (fare attività fisica) al dilettevole!! 😄😄🌿🌿🌳🌹🏋💪
