Burn the fat or???

Today, we(my husband, me, and my younger sister) went to play badminton and it was our very first time playing together.

As you can see in the picture, the pink one is me 😆 hahaha

It's been a while since the last time (that we couldn't remember when is it) we played badminton. So we decided to play light as a start for us today.

We started with a warm-up..

Then play a half court for a lob shot for the advent. The good thing is all the courts (except for the court we booked) are still empty, and 3 of us are the only people in the arena. It's a good thing for us today. Cause we should have been so shy if there were people in there. Hahaha.

We were very careful while playing today. Cause for me, I'm too afraid that we could hurt or even worst damage our muscle tissue by playing so hard. And there are a lot of viral stories about men dying from cardiac arrest while playing badminton. That's why I keep telling ourselves to just play light and take a rest if we felt exhausted.

We played for 1 hour 40 minutes(with rest ok🤣). Even tho we booked the court for 2 hours, we didn't fully play for 2 hours. Hahaha! Do you know why? My younger sister is too hungry and craved to eat bakso at the stall near the badminton arena. So, we agreed to end our session and went to the bakso stall.

Urghh! See? I've promised to myself to take care of my health. But who can resist the bakso? 🤣 I hope I can, but.. im sorry dear me 😆

So, are we burning the fat or?? Hahaha, I also don't know what to say. Hahaha

Okay, long story short..
Yesss.. Yessss! Exactly what you think! We ordered the bakso for 3, and 1 gado-gado! 😅 guys, we ordered 4 portions for 3 people. Amazing! Hahaha

This is it guys 🤣 this is it! But I don't regret it. Cause it's too delicious! No kidding guys, it's super delightful!

Never mind, I'll just enjoy the moment spending with them 😘 cause I like to spend time for my family♥ heart them so much!
