#Re-Starting to traing after Summer!

#Hi!!!

Thsi is my first post so I hope someone like this basic post with some of my thoughs.

For most people Summer is a time for relax, eta, drink, enjoy beach, travel, etc....
This at least for me becomes an issue as I like to play football, I'm kind of enjoy the game mindset, but I do like to play tournaments (right now playing Veterans Statal league in Stockholm) so after summer it tends to be a challenge to re-start when not doing any excersice during long time and having the need to perform well.

The bigges barrier is to overcome the common "I'll start training tomorrow", but then next day "ah!, better tomorrow, today I feel X or Y".... then "hummm not I have not started already so I'll wait untill this or that happens" and so on and on....

People tend to not focus the mindset and to forget what they need to do to achieve their goals, so from experience (and is not like I don't fight with mentioned procastrination demon) the mindset needs to be put into not stopping, doing some even little activity that help you keep moving all the time before you start feeling confortable with doing nothing.

I have keep doing some activite here and there, mostly cause I have skip having vacations during summer, but pandemic situation has struggle all my efforts to keep active shape.

I'm 2 weeks ahead of tournament re-starting so Tomorrow I promise I'll start properlly excersising from home to make sure I can do my best when the first game of second half of the season starts....

The intention of this post is that I'm sure a lot of people will feel identified and they can relate and know that if I can start training and I have the will and the intention, this post can serve as a push for others in a similar situation to start doing something today and not to wait untill next life.

The best moment to start is TODAY, and no other day...!!!
