My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2023

I was a walk this morning and was able to put on my self -knitted sweater for the first time. I am really proud.

At lunchtime we were walking on the beach for a long time and ate fish rolls. In the evening I made my balcony pretty and sat a little in the sun.
