I noticed when I reviewed before posting that it looked a lot like wildfire smoke. It's unfortunate that our current state of affairs is such that it could easily be smoke and not fog. Thankfully this past winter was wet enough that wildfires have been much less frequent this year. (I know flooding has been bad in some places, but generally much less destructive than wildfire!)
