TIME: 0016Hrs Nigerian time
I have 7km run to prep for in the morning. Hoping to set out before 5:30am, only problem is I've not run for about a month due to a knock i picked up on my knee. I'm testing it out tomorrow to see if it can carry weight for long before I set out.
I've never run this route before to be honest, I'm hoping it'll have runner's traffic tomorrow.. cause there's some sort of motivation you get from doing the head nod thing when you run by fellow fitness enthusiasts.
I really want to get back running because of how clearheaded I get after a morning run plus i have a breakfast date by 10:00am tomorrow; so i need to burn off some calories in anticipation of the carbs pile on arghhhh.
7K before 7AM... I'm leaving room for edits and updates on this. Let's go!
