Hello to all and all #Hive and #SWC people, we are back wip0p0pth a new post 🏋️‍♂️ and focusing on getting the great endurance back jsjsjs, so let's go for it 💪✨

📌In this post it's explosiveness exercises my favorite part 😁

📌do explosive pull-ups for every 10 secs until you reach 1 min repeat 5 times.

📌 do 5 explosive dips repeated 3 times at the time of completing the first set you add the reps of the dips (second set 10 reps and third set 15 reps).

📌do 30 pushups per minute, here we do a part of Emon which is to do 30 pushups, each pushup we will repeat it 5 times, when you finish 1 minute another, another minute finished another and so on until you reach 5 reps in minute.

📌 take a rest of 5 min to 6min.

Hola a todos y todas personas de #Hive y #SWC, vamos de vuelta con un nuevo post 🏋️‍♂️ y concentrándome en recuperar la gran resistencia jsjsjs, así que vamos por ello 💪✨

📌En este post son ejercicios de explosividad mi parte favorita 😁

📌hacer dominadas explosivas por cada 10 seg hasta llegar a 1 min se repite 5 veces

📌hacer 5 fondos explosivos se repita 3 veces al momento de completar la primera serie le van sumando las repes de los fondos ( segunda serie 10 reps y tercera serie 15 reps)

📌hacer 30 flexiones por minuto, aquí hacemos una parte de Emon que es hacer 30 Flexiones, cada Flexiones la repetiremos 5 veces, cuando termine 1 minutos otra, otro minuto terminado otra y así hasta llegar a 5 repes en minuto

📌tomar descansó de 5 min a 6min
