Not been a good month for staying consistent(on schedule). Just have to do better. Mindset needs to move from Will-Do-Tomorrow to Its-Something-Good-I’m-Doing.

Return on Tribe. Kick: Light Pole 1 to 2nd Sewer Cap before Light Pole 3. Heart rate: 106 after 1min slowdown and pause to check rate.
