Why you hating on the glow plastic? 😜 It is a bit more stable for a lot of discs.
Proton Craves are flat and a bit more stable than the Neutron ones. I like that plastic the best for a Crave. Proton does seem a bit stiff in the winter and prone to an early release IMHO. Lately I have been throwing the Servo more than the Crave. It is not as straight but finishes a bit harder than the Crave. It is easier for me to control the nose angle with though, sometimes the Crave goes right into the ground if I'm not on my game.
I just got a new Halo Star Wraith that I've been liking a lot. It needs to hit a few more trees though, it's a bit too stable. I have a max weight Grace that I've been throwing for that stable slot and it works better on a forehand. The Wraith might take over as a backhand disc if I can beat it in a bit more.
That's funny you said a Halo Wraith.. I bought one with my other two.. yellow with red edges
Mine has a white center with an orange edge. I like the two-color bright edge discs because they show up better in a lot of different backgrounds without the zebra camouflage that happens with some multicolor patterns. I like the way Halo plastic releases from my hand, too.
