I did some yard work today and yesterday. I need to mow the yard and do some weeding. The weeds grow very fast this time of year.
All the rain has encouraged the blackberry bushes and apple trees to produce a lot of fruit. There should be a nice harvest in the fall.
Yesterday a bird visiter came by the backyard:
These birds come by more often when the weather gets warmer, but they seem to be around most of the year.

Usually in winter the grass grows very fast and you have to cut it once a week to keep your yard clean. And the bird looks very beautiful even though its color is a bit dark.
When there's rain, then comes great harvest and your guest would have lots to feed on.
