My son and I played a couple rounds after dinner at the local easy nine hole disc golf course. I scored a -1 on the first round and won and around that on the second round and won.
We were just casually playing with only three discs. I did not have my usual putter and was practicing some new techneques. On the second round we switched discs.
I was having troubles throwing my son's discs and vice versa. His discs were too stable for my liking and I could not get much distance on them. It seemed like he was turning my discs over and throwing them into the ground. It does seem like you score a lot better when playing with a variety of discs that you know well but it is fun to play with other peoples discs for a change.
Usually I play with around twenty discs but you dont' need that many for this short easy course. Limiting yourself to three discs does make it a bit harder though.
I walked the dog is afternoon down to the usual spot. He really likes getting out in the nice weather. The flowers are just starting to bloom now.

Doggie is loving the camera, isn't he? He sure doesn't shy away!? I didn't realize that you normally use 20 discs or so when you play a regular game, I can imagine it would be pretty restrictive with only three discs. I think using another's disc is like borrowing shoes. Hard to walk in. :) But, after a while, you might get used to it.
We are having rain today, so not going out for a walk. The temps got cooler and I am not feeling like being cold today! You are doing okay with the steps though. Have a great Thursday!
That was actually some shredded beef from the crock pot. (Crock pot - plant pot, LOL.)
I started playing with one or two, then three discs... pretty soon it will be a giant cart. Maybe eventually I will have to hire some porters to lug it all around for me. LOL. (Actually, I'm really hoping to self limit and trim back to a reasonable number but when you have a lot of discs that you like to throw it gets harder.)
It is looking rainy today here too but so far it is very light. The wind is kicking up a bit though.
Haha!! I can see the shredded beef now! I was thinking the green was little plants! OMG! LOL Now, it looks more edible, although, I have eaten lots of plants. :))
I remember when you had one disc and it got lost!!! Now, it is still a tragedy because each is so individual! I laughed at the porter! It is almost true! :))
