got a run in!

Well, it is official. Running has definitely stolen some of my strength. We did cleans, handstand pushups, and rowing. My clean weight started at 135#, and it felt 40 lbs. heavier. I even put on a weight belt. That doesn't normally happen. 1 more week till Ragnar, so I must keep running.

We only got into our round of 155# squat cleans. I still can't believe how heavy they felt. I think I need to up my protein as well. That will also help.

I did a 5 mile run after the workout and stayed within my super comfortable pace of 12.5-13 minute miles.
