Hello everyone! I just joined here a wonderful energetic community of people who love sports and active life. I love running, I run on the street, and at home I work out on the simulator and with dumbbells. This whole week is rainy, so today is strength training. Now I am with you, and I hope to show you many times our wonderful places along the sea where we run, our paths, parks, beaches and surroundings in China, where we live.
