Took off fairly early this morning. Daughter #2 had trailer load headed to the landfill and she needed a hand.
Got quite the workout unloading that trailer and pickup bed. It's hot, dirty work. As we removed everything by hand I was becoming a bit envious of those trucks sporting automatic dump trailers. They were in and out so much quicker. (But hey, we got a lot more exercise! 😜)
In the afternoon I broke up periods of homestead work with lots of microworkouts. Took aim especially at the abs and glutes. I'm getting a little bit better with that torture tool ab roller gizmo.
Photo: Off to the side some of the heavy equipment waits its turn down in the hole that is rapidly filling with the county's waste. Not a pretty sight. And some people throw away such perfectly good material. I'd fill our trailer back up with lots of usable stuff if it were allowed, it's not. 😦
