I am still doing well on vacation, still in keeping the activity going forward. I started the day with some stretching followed by the morning coffee, along with putting dishes away.
Then, I mostly played some games followed by a few things around the house, including fixing a piece on the spouse's car.
A good chunk of the activity came from the weightroom. Back squats to start off, a couple of different Romanian deadlifts, and a couple of different curls.
