Went to gym and did some intense exercises today. Did Back and Triceps exercise today - Lat pull down, Reverse lat pull down, T Bar, Single arm dumbbell overhead extension, Dumbbell skull crushers, Triceps rope push down, dumbbell kickbacks, Triceps situps of 3 sets each.
