I'm stuck at home today since it's raining which mean that I could only do my exercises indoors. Since I've been doing my usual daily exercise routine these past few days, suddenly shifting to doing indoor activities pretty much disrupt my rhythm. Well, since it's something as unpredictable as the weather, there's really not much that I could do.
Anyhow, as I could only exercise inside the house, today's activities have to reflect that. For starters, the focus of today's activities was aerobics followed by stretching, weightlifting and house chores. I also thought of doing yoga but figured that it won't give me that much point due to the nature of the exercise so I gave up on it. It can't be helped really as I could only exercise for two hours and doing yoga won't allow me to reach the target of 10k points with how slow it was.
