We got another clear weather today which is great since it's motivating. So much so that I've gotten 16k points. Moreover, my plan was just to exercise for just 2 hours but it seemed that I went over that as well.
Well, not that it's a bad thing. On the contrary, I think it's a great thing to overperform sometimes.
Anyway, enough with that. Today's activities consisted of aerobics, stretching, walking, jogging, and, running. I didn't add anything else since I think my score is high enough.
