Hello everyone, I would like to share my activity report for yesterday, November 23, with 18k steps. I started the morning with a lot of movement early on in Zumba classes to shake off some laziness. At midday, we went shopping at the supermarket, and then, as you know, the activities at home never end. In the evening, like every Monday, I went to work. At the beginning of my shift, I started in the operating room, and later they moved me to the operating theater, where I entered a surgery in transit, which ended around 11 p.m. Time flies there. Hola a todos, les comparto mi reporte de actividad del día de ayer 23 de noviembre con 18k pasos, inicié la mañana con mucho movimiento desde temprano en las clases de zumba para sacudirse un poco la pereza, a medio día fuimos a realizar unas compras al supermercado, y después como ustedes saben las actividades en el hogar no se acaban, por la noche como todo lunes fui a trabajar, al inicio de la guardia comencé en toco cirugía y más tarde me movieron a quirofano, en donde entrando entré a una cirugía en tránsito, la cual terminó alrededor de las 23 horas, ahí el tiempo se pasa volando, hasta aquí mi reporte, saludos.
