The day was pretty quiet, and in the evening I returned home and took the opportunity to go with my husband and my daughter to have a coffee.

Hola a todos les comparto mi reporte de actividad del 24 de enero con más de 11k pasos, este día me levanté temprano, salí a caminar y de paso aproveché realizar algunas compras de lo que me faltaba para la comida, desayunamos algo ligero y me dedique a preparar la comida y realizar unas cuantas labores del hogar ya que por la tarde fui a trabajar al hospital, que aún que no era mi día de trabajo, fui a cubrir a una compañera, gracias a dios desde inicios de año me han estado pagando turnos y como sea es una entrada extra de dinero. La jornada estuvo bastante tranquila, ya por la noche regresé a la casa y aproveché ir con mi esposo y mi hija a tomar un café.
