Spring is out and it is also time to record a bit of activity again. One normal days I do most of my stuff workwise with a lot of movement. Cycling as a Dutchy towards work and walking with the dog.
It is all daily business and if that gets me more than 10.000 steps for just doing what I do... well, I guess that is a decent deal . Time to track a bit again what is going on.
Using the regular health app as well for some additional stats.
