Hello everyone! Today I attended a vinyasa yoga class which is new for me, as I have done only hatha yoga and detox flow before, and I think is time to try something new! It was good and really little bit harder than Hatha yoga, hope I can keep practising this one and progress to ashtanga soon! Btw, I reached also 5000 steps on a working day! Tadaaa XD!
