It was a blessing to complete my tasks today with minimal errors. Because the stairs I have to climb daily are "treacherously tiring" the work has to be planned properly. So I succeeded in planning and tool selection for the job.

Yup. Calves and thighs feel the burn especially in the mornings. I have even increased my protein intake to reap benefits from tus mandatory exercise. Lol
