I must have gathered up to 10k steps but twice during the day I had to remind myself to switch on my App.
Nothing except the usual for me, the morning walk to the shop for bread and coffee and later in the evening walk along the beach sums up my active day.
It was a good start to the week with the sky most cloudy and slight showers in the moring hours.
