EFFECT OF BAD ECONOMY//My Actifit Report Card: December 31 2024

Hi everyone and welcome to my activity post today,I hope we are all in good shape wherever we are.
Today is indeed a very good day and as usual more and more people are still going home for the season thereby making my area more and more scanty and dry.
When I wake up this morning and perform my morning task I dressed up and went out in search of work to do.

This is quite unusual because in some years past this time of the year is always a good time for all workers both builders and government workers.

IT'S sad to say that I have stayed at home for good two months without getting a job as a contractor,reason high cost of raw materials that keeps increasing every day this making it hard for those that is building houses to purchase even the ones that is produced in our country.
You may be wondering the type of work I do .
Am into exterior decoration i.e pillars and window hood design.

So instead of staying at home for throughout the season I decided to go out and hunt for a job.

Sad to say that all the site I checked is on break there is no activity going on in any of them that goes a long way to show the EFFECTS OF BAD ECONOMY because if the raw materials are affordable they will be working opportunities for all.

You can imagine how much it will cost you to purchase ten bags of cement either for plastering or other cement works.

As I was walking around looking for where to secure a job ,I come across a piece of land that we bought some years back.

I was dumbfounded at what I saw,the last time I visited there the whole place was still bushy even without life but I was surprised at the rate development is coming in i can see houses all around the area
Though under construction.

Since I couldn't find any I have to visit the last site that I worked on to see if there is any activity going on

And that is where I I did a little work , dressing the caps I fixed on the fences.

When I closed for the day I went to a nearby chemist shop to get some pain pills

When I alived home I can see my kids having a good time playing indoor and outdoor.
