My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2024

Me desperté muy temprano, ya que las ventanas de mi cuarto dejaron pasar mucha luz solar porque el día anterior a mí se me olvidó cerrarlas bien. Tenía un poco de dolor de cabeza así que me preparé un café, estiré un poco, hice algunos handstand y me ocupe, el aro trasero del rin de mi bici estaba bastante malo así que fui caminando al centro de Cabimas para comprarlo y llevarlo a mi mecánico a arreglar, eso hice en la tarde, que aproveché para salir a caminar un rato e ir de nuevo a entrenar al venoil, así aprovechaba de hacer un poco de ejercicio y esperaba que me dieron la bici, ya luego de entrenar busqué mi bici, la probé un rato y descanse también, ya que volví a entrenar un poco fuerte, salí a casa de un amigo a jugar en su Play y así aprovechaba de hacer un poco de ejercicio en mi bici y terminaba de probarla, y bueno, aquí estoy ahora en casa del pana mientras escribo este blog, ha sido un día bastante divertido!

I woke up very early, as the windows in my room let in a lot of sunlight because the day before I forgot to close them properly. I had a little headache so I made myself a coffee, stretched a little, did some handstand and got busy, the rear rim of my bike was pretty bad so I went walking to the center of Cabimas to buy it and take it to my mechanic to fix, I did that in the afternoon, I took the opportunity to go for a walk for a while and go back to train at the venoil, after training I looked for my bike, I tried it for a while and rested too, since I went back to train a little hard, I went to a friend's house to play on his Play and so I took the opportunity to do some exercise on my bike and finished testing it, and well, here I am now at my friend's house while I write this blog, it's been a pretty fun day!
