Okay perhaps I shouldn’t start an Actifit post with what I ate today, but this is the prettiest picture I have from the day.
It’s a poke bowl that I bought at the grocery store. It was a delicious lunch, which of course I earned by walking!
It is SO bitterly cold in my beautiful state of Minnesota right now now. Unless you have excellent outdoor gear, you cannot be outdoors for more than a few minutes without freezing to death! (It was about -5 Fahrenheit when I was out and about today, which is -20.5 Celsius.)
So today my sister and I went to an indoor track to walk. It’s pretty cool. Anyone can go there for free. Below the track are basketball courts, so you can enjoy watching the games while you walk.
That got me to about 5,000 steps. So other than that I did a few errands and a lot of house cleaning, which is one of my favorite things to do on the weekend. I cleaned out some clutter and also dusted all the light fixtures.
In this picture you can see the dust that is clinging to the light. That kind of thing bothers me!
But I have this handy and adorable duster!
Problem solved!
Other than that, I also did a weights workout. It was a great day!

Yes! Not to mention a heated home, and so many other wonderful amenities and perks, right @silvertop? I really fear for homeless people in the winter here. You wouldn't think we would have any, but we do.
