Asslamoalekum and hello to my #actifit community. Welcome to another blog. It was a cloudy day here in Lahore , Pakistan. The weather was very romantic and cool. I got up bit late in the morning. After breakfast I rested for a while at my residence.
I am trying to be consistent and regular in my exercise. It was 55th day of my workout. Believe me it wasn't as easy as people think. Being regular and consistent in any work needs discipline and so far I am up to it.
I am loosing my weight and feeling active and relaxed after every workout. Health is my first priority in life. Many people forget about their health and they don't give time to themselves. But believe me I saw people suffering with heath issues because they don't workout properly.
I am Alive and thriving and here is another proof of my today's workout.
In the evening I started my walk at Mall road Lahore. It was overcast conditions. When I started walking I felt cold but after walking for a while it vanished.
After walking for almost fifteen to twenty minutes, I reached my desired place race course Park Lahore. Flower fair was still in progress at Race course park Lahore. It was heavy rush of people. People along with their families came in numbers to attend this fair.

The nature was quite abundant here at Race course park. So many trees and plants were there.

I started jogging at a wonderful track surrounded by natural beauty. After jogging for almost ten minutes I reached at outer jym of the park. There were plenty of people busy in doing different kinds of exercises.
At times it becomes boring for me to carry on my workout activity. But when I think about my health, I feel pretty much relaxed and pleased because without health we are nothing.
I did different kinds of exercises like push ups, sit ups, squats and other exercises at outer jym of race course park Lahore.

Nobody wants to be sick but on the other hand amazingly nobody wants to be disciplined and consistent in their workout and balanced diet.


Carrying out my workout without a companion is always a difficult job but I am doing it quite nicely. Lonely workout needs Discipline instead of motivation.

So in the end I would say be regular in your work out. Do spare at least on hour to your health. Then you may survive reading your health.
