Hello fellow actifiters,
Happy Tuesday everyone. It's time another cardio through Zumba.
But before I started, I did a 5 min warm-up. I find it helpful since I had issues with my foot last week because I straight away danced without warming up.
After the warm-up, I went straight ahead and opened YouTube in the TV, and played a TML crew video that's already on my recommended list.
The first video recommended was LEAVE BEFORE YOU LOVE ME (Luminus Remix) by Marshmello ft Jonas Brothers | Zumba | Kramer Pastrana. I liked this one, the dance was simple but I did feel the burn on my core.
I again ended with RUDE BOY x S&M b(RIHANNA MASH UP) | Dance Fitness | TML Crew VenJay Ygay. I like this dance that I played this twice today.
Today's workout only lasted for around 50 mins with warm up and cool down, which made me burn a total of 436 KCal.
