I have been absent online for a while sharing article.
Water distribution problem reaches a new level of complication.
What happened in the evening of Friday, was the main road construction activities.
It leads to so much problem to the distribution mechanism in town.
There were power outage during the days that followed the beginning of the maintenance on the infrastructure.
