Today, as usual, there were only two places to go, the office and home. Usually I don't do much exercise, so I had to keep walking around the office, not letting myself be quiet, which made me look like I was very busy.
Will walking around busily make my boss look like I'm hardworking and make a good impression?
After all, it's only in the office, and there's only a limited number of places I can walk, so I still can't get up to 1,000 steps. But I think if I have more than 5,000 steps, I'm already exercising.
