This morning I rode my bike 1.6 miles to the beach (round trip) and walked on the beach for 4 miles and did 3 rounds of calisthenics body weight exercises when I got home. I also did 15 min of yoga on the beach while there.
This afternoon I rode my bike 4.6 miles to town round trip.
Here’s a breakdown of my calisthenics routine
I am now at 20 reps for all exercises except the push-ups which I am at 10 reps for!
3 rounds of all :
Knee Push-ups 10 reps
Squats (added rock for weight) 20 reps
Flys with band 20 reps
Pelvic thrust/ glute work with band 20
Core boat twists with rock weight - 20
Core Ankle Taps, legs extended in air (10)
Dead bugs (10)
3 min cardio side lunges, Butt kicks, oblique twists
