What are you grateful for?
I thought about this as I woke up this morning, prior to my morning stretch and yoga practice.
I wrote down 3 things that I was grateful for before I started my day. It helps me go through day with more gratitude that fuels me with an energetic drive to get the task done!
Gym:
It was leg day! Instead of going for a higher lift, I did a squats and got super duper low, hanged out down there for a while and then exploded 💥 upwards. Felt great afterwards and made to sure to take my post workout protein... Next day will be chest and triceps!
