Today was a great day! Would love to share some pictures, though my phone battery ran out!
Today I did some and back and biceps. More of a slow controlled lift with less weight rather than a heavier focused lift that I did last week.
I'm feeling much stronger and continue to do work needed to achieve my workout goals.
