¡Saludos a todos los amantes de la calistenia y del Street Workout hoy traigo para ustedes un entrenamiento lleno de energías por lo que realice 2 entrenos en este día uno de estáticos y uno de básicos por lo que me enfoqué en los ejercicios fundamentales para fortalecer el core y la fuerza de agarre trabajando la plancha y el Front lever en barra.
Para cerrar la semana, decidí trabajar ejercicios de control y dominio, por lo que cada serie me enfoqué en pulir el estático conocido como la Straddle planche siendo esta clave para desarrollar una base sólida y progresar en ejercicios más avanzados luego trabaje el Front lever tanto supino como en prono para conseguir dominio en las variantes y al mismo tiempo tener una descargar articular en mi espalda que se encontraba muy cargada.

Para complementar el entrenamiento de fuerza, realicé una serie de ejercicios dinámicos como lo fueron los fondos, flexiones y dominadas por lo que realice 100 repeticiones de cada uno con el objetivo de ganar fuerza explosiva y resistencia muscular, lo cual es esencial para mejorar mi rendimiento en los ejercicios estático como también mi resistencia pulmonar. En esta ocasión experimenté con diferentes agarres y rangos de movimiento para trabajar diferentes grupos musculares y así evitar el sobreentrenamiento.
To complement the strength training, I did a series of dynamic exercises such as dips, push-ups and pull-ups, doing 100 repetitions of each with the goal of gaining explosive strength and muscular endurance, which is essential to improve my performance in static exercises as well as my pulmonary endurance. On this occasion, I experimented with different grips and ranges of motion to work different muscle groups and thus avoid overtraining.
En resumen, este entrenamiento me ha permitido fortalecer todo mi tren superior, cada día más me siento más cerca del objetivo principal de dominar cada estático a la perfección. Recuerda que la calistenia es un viaje, y cada pequeño intento siempre hará la diferencia, solo sé constante y verás que los grandes resultados de entrenar este deporte pronto llegarán.
