Yesterday
the weather was amazing. I guess it was comparable spring or early summer in europe. Sunny, but not too hot. Because that time in the year in my country, the only activity you can do without it bein a tough challenge is swimming haha.
Anyway, I took an extra walk yesterday because I felt sporty haha. Usually I do 3 little walks a day. One from home to public transport and then to work. One from work to a nearby restaurant and then around the area to the nearby lake or garden, depending on the weather, then back to work. And the last walk is to public transport then back home, maybe I take a little detour for shopping. Ok maybe those count more than three walks haha.
Yesterday I added another walk of 5+ kilometers. In the end of the day, I found that 23k activity count and it felt like an accomplishment, especially on a wednesday. When I usually feel lazy and unmotivated.
I usually reach it on the weekend:
Like last saturday, for instance, when I went to an event in Testour, in the north west of Tunisia. I attended a discussion about agrigculture and tourism in Testour and how to make them more friendly to the soil and the nature, my friend, Maha was a speaker in that very intereting discussion. Then, I did some biking with my friends across the hills and rivers around the area. Thus the 26k activity count.
After that we did a tour and visited some old building and got informed about the history of the city. Which is, in parts, very similar to my own city.
After that we met two other friends and had dinner together then attended a concert in the main square. The dancing may have also contributed to the activity count haha.
Then the girls went to sleep at the house of the guy who was our guide when we biked. Who was also a friend of my friend who lives nearby. Oh, and also a friend of Maha. So when we asked for directions about where to camp, he recommended some places but then he offered a room in the house as a last resort. The girls needed that last resort because the two friends who joined us didn't have their camping material.
So only me and Joseph ( the guy who sits next to me in every meal haha) ended up camping on the roof of the house while the four girls shared a room in the house.
In the morning, before we go back to exploring and shopping, we started our sublime sunday with a very delicious breakfast made of local products. Something I can't begin to describe. And the view was also epic on the rooftop.

I remember back when I used to get over 20k activity at leats a couple of times a week, seems i have slowed down, now its a good day if I hit or get close to 10K

20k isn't an easy target.
I'll probably start using my bike instead of public transport to get more active. Which is a huge step I've been hesitation about it for weeks now haha
